Saudi Post Corporation announces its desire to rent a building with the following specifications:

1. The office space of the required building is not less than 10200 square meters.

2. The building should be independent or separate roles.

3. The building should be in Riyadh within the geographical scope (King Abdullah Road (South), King Salman Road (North), Ring East (East) and King Khalid Road (West))

4. Shaded indoor or outdoor car parks should not be less than 140.

5. The interior spaces of the offices should be open.

6. The building should be newly constructed and its interior and exterior finishes are excellent

7. The necessary services shall be available from toilets not less than 25 toilets and public facilities such as buffets and chapels.

8. Separate power supply is available.

9. Fiber optic network is available for computer and internal communication networks.

10. Water supply network (hot / cold) with ground and upper tanks and lift pumps.

11. Sewerage network or connection should be available on public network or drainage tanks.

12. Central air conditioning and ventilation systems should be available.

13. Elevator systems are available for multiple roles.

14. Fire alarm systems, fire fighting, escape stairs and emergency exits should be available with proof of civil defense certificate.

15. Provide protection and insulation for doors and windows and main and secondary entrances.

16. Security monitoring systems should be available inside and outside the site.

17. The landlord shall be responsible for the maintenance of the main building systems throughout the contract period without additional costs.

The deadline for submission of offers _ in a closed envelope _ on Thursday 14/01/1440 H corresponding to 19/09/2019 G according to the calendar of Umm Al-Qura.

The Saudi Postal Corporation (Procurement and Tenders Department - Riyadh) shall be handed over to the Saudi Postal Corporation, provided that the following documents shall be submitted within the envelope:

A copy of the title deed and the building permit.

B - Map to clarify the location of the building and the main street and sub.
